Probably not, but I like it. I got it from a local AD who's pretty cool and paid under $1k for it. The rubber strap is surprisingly nicer than expected, everything actually lines up on the dial/bezel, and the finishing is pretty good.

The problem is that the Prospex logo is so large and modern that it sticks out like a sore thumb and is sometimes grotesquely unfitting with the watch. Look at the Turtle, the whole thing is nicely rounded, everything about the design has rounding to it which gives it a charming, classic appearance but then there's a big angular modern X on it. Look at the fucking Alpinist which is supposed to look like a mountaineering watch from the 50s and it has this ginormous X-GAMES logo on the bottom now. They could do this much more tastefully by simply signing the crown with the X instead but they put it right on the dial every time

They are all going to be plated and the gold will rub off in a couple months with friction. You should just accept it. And that watch would probably look better with a leather strap, which it's easier to get with a gold buckle. Also you can buy gold buckles and swap them out yourself.

Just look around on Amazon. There are various Chinese brands and they're pretty decent now.
This 18mm perlon strap would also look very nice. You get the durability and water resistance of nylon but it's more refined, suited for the watch. It should also be thinner so it fits better than a NATO and doesn't add as much height on the wrist which can make it wear strangely.

A nice black perlon strap is very versatile too, if you ever get another watch with 18mm lugs it'll work great. Perlon is underrated. It's both casual and dressy, and it's very comfortable due to the thinness, the weave, and how you can get any fit you want easily on it. I think you will like this much more than a regular NATO.
See if they sell a brown one with a gold buckle too, you might prefer that. Brown perlon can look good. Eulit is a good brand.
As for a leather strap you might try this one out.

Also note that the one big design drawback was the lugs. The lug width is much thinner than the full width of the case so you either have to live with it or buy a custom strap like I did which was not cheap.

Somehow the mercedes hour hand really does not work on this watch. Everything else is fine, but not that. I'm not feeling the lollipop seconds hand either. I think it should have just been normal since there is no reason to use the chrono function in the dark of night, or they could have chosen a lollipop hand where the lollipop is positioned a bit higher up so it overlaps with the center of the top subdial. That would have been a nice detail but when you're using stock parts you cannot really afford to be picky. The triangle on the bezel could also have been lumed. You have a dive bezel, why not roll with it, you know?
But somehow these flaws, though significant, are all livable and the mercedes hand is what sticks out the most.

because the f91w is honest to god crap and the dw5600 is far better proportioned and the raised bezel actually does help keep the face of the watch nice and scratch free. the ae1200 is nice too, it's just an f91w with way more stuff, all of it useful. if you like the smallness of the f91w the a700 looks better, has a better light, and is more legible too because the module is closer to the crystal surface. the only excuse for having an f91w still is that it's 10 bucks and a meme, but for $20 which is the cost of the ae1200 or a700 you're getting ten times the watch

What I'm saying is true with all hollow link Rolexs, it does make them feel cheap in hand. They are nice watches but subpower vs modern Omegas / Rolex. The 36mm Explorer is better scaled than the 39mm but in all honestly nearth are brilliant for the money, one let down by its dated construction and the other bloated, maybe before when they were cheap they were a good buy for a first rolex but that ship has sailed.
