Cologne smell restricts blood flow to the vagina, according to studies. If you have to wear something, keep it subtle and clean. I used to work in a perfume shop and had to go to marketing seminars for this stuff, sounds boring but women really don’t give a shit about it unless she wants you to impress her friends or something.

Not necessarily, i rather wear something challenging like Loewe Esencia, Polo Green, Yatagan, because it boost my confidence. I feel like a faggot wearing something that's generic fresh, boring and people recognize you as the one wearing a "typical fragrance".

I'm also in europe and i rather would approach a girl with a skanky, earthy, non sweet fragrance, than with a fuckboi scent. Women instantly would think you're insecure.

It's difficult to give advice on what a particular girl will like, many off them like sweet scents but at the same time the most popular sweet ones like Eros are completely played out.
You're better off picking something that is closer to your own style, assuming that it doesn't smell terrible to everyone else but you.
Avoid Zootopian, its not good first date material. If money isn't an issue, go with Tom Ford Tobacco Vanille. Otherwise I'd suggest the Prada Luna Rossa Carbon like a previous anon said. And if that is too expensive go with Mugler Amen or Cool Water.
Good luck

Yeah, but that's the girls you don't want or despise. "dated" - it's self explanatory. a smell that became common, it might not be the fragrance itself, but the smell. shower gels, shaving creams, cleaning products, all want to smell good so they copy popular scents, this is how a lot of fragrances smells became dated. it's not made up, it's real. I've never smelled colonia essenza for example until a few weeks ago, it's not even that old of a fragrance but the smell is pure soap, I recognize it instantly. this is how it works.

sure, "dated" is not a term you would use when describing purely a fragrance, the smell, as it means nothing, of course it's not a note or accord.

to make a parallel, normal people use "dated", "after shave" for a smell they know already and smelled a lot in a form or another, much like fragrance people are tired of invictus etc, and would use "generic trash" to describe it.

Tbh you both have a point. You need to get something that you think smells good and you're comfortable with. Eg I'm fairly reserved so wearing a loud clubbing frag like 1 million et al makes me feel self conscious and I dont really like it and it doesnt fit the way I present myself. That being said, unless you're very comfortable with it I wouldnt go for kouros or some shit because tastes have certainly changed. There are some classics but they are few. I'd say best bet is to try some modern frags and pick the one you like best

It might be because of the heavy amount of projection Eros has though so people smell it from a few feet away. I’d say give the new Eros EDP a chance, from what I’ve read it’s basically better in every way.
