I need real and scientific evidence on side effects - I've read experiences from people claiming shit like finasteride made their asshole numb, finasteride gave them tits, finasteride made them transgender - what the fuck is going on with this drug and why does it cause so many men to freak out with shit that wasn't discovered in the trials, or in the 15 years after it was approved?

See pic, Rob Lowe is a near 30 year finasteride user and it's obviously done him no harm. He's nearly 57 years old and mogs his own 28 year old sons, can EASILY pass for around 30 with a shave and hair coloring.

I was already significantly thinning and on minox. My dad was chrome dome by 35, I'm 31.
My hair is pretty shit now but it did grow back in the first year and now seems stable.
So it's no miracle but I definitely have enough (poor) quality hair to justify keeping it and not just shave it all.

I had erectile dysfunction a few times before I went on fin in my mid 20s that I knew was entirely due to nerves, and I've had it every now and again since being on fin.
I have no problems getting spontaneous boners now, as long as I keep cardio fitness.
I think nerves and fitness are 80% of the boner problem for men under 40.
I'm convinced I have absolutely no side effects.

I think people respond to it differently due to genetics, but I think the vast, vast majority of guys reporting dick problems are confusing psychosomatic effects. Most men start balding as they approach their 30s but that's also when you work more and lose cardio fitness, your natural test declines and you also become more inured to sex and women. So most guys start experiencing erectile dysfunction at the exact same time they'll consider fin.

The reported side effects are really non-specific and frankly seem like the same side effects of living next to a 5g tower or having Mbuto from the next village putting a curse on you with black magic.

Water is always good and healthy, but often people struggle to replace soda with water as it doesn't have any taste. You could try some falvoured water to taper off the soda, but you have to make sure it doesnt have as much sugar as the soda. The less sugar the better. This goes for juice too; juice has alot of sugar, albeit natural, it is still sugar. But you can dilute the juice with alot of water, making it a healthy somewhat flavoured alternative. Lastly, my personal favourite, tea. There are alot of teas with alot of flavours, but with tea you need to be careful not too consume too much caffeine, was green and black tea will have that. Infusions like herb and camomile tea and shit are also good and usually dont have any caffeine.
