No doubt the jubilee is the right bracelet for it, but I never rotate my watches and I want a watch to wear every day. I also have a job where I just don’t think I would be comfortable wearing a fluted bezel plus a jubilee, at least not at my current age and position. I know people don’t notice/care etc. but still.
I’m pretty set on getting a Datejust, probably next Christmas, but the next thing I will spend a lot of money on is selling my apartment and buying something bigger and better, hopefully in spring or summer 2021, so there’s still time to consider.

Got this Vario on the way, very excited. It's a Handwound, Limited Edition (Winter) but that doesn't really matter, I just like the model. Also like pic related on the black strap but I'm excited to shop for some other straps and try some things out, it should be universal enough to fit different straps.

It's my first dress watch and will be my daily driver for my new office job (strict dress code, financial sector). Quite affordable but I'm also quite young, will be in training for the next 3 years and after that I'll treat myself with something special, maybe VC or a Lange, depending on my financial situation by the time.
