I have severe acne scarring and have treated it a couple different times over the years.

TCA Cross gave me the results I want and the only reason I haven't finished the job with it is because I moved to Montreal and for some reason people want thousands of dollars to do it vs the couple hundred its worth.

I'm currently recovering from micro needling treatment 3 of 5 and the results arent worth the time and cost. I'm going to keep going to get the maximum return and finish with a chemical peel but I wouldn't recommend micron needling for severe scarring.

Basically you have 2 choices which arent mutually exclusive: TCA Cross and very minor surgery. The doctor just has to cut the scar tissue where it connects under the skin.

You could probably fix your face for less than 2k depending on your route. TCA Cross should cost less than 500 with actual (minor) cosmetic surgery costing more.
