I've seen lots of threads about facial skincare, but I have horrible body acne. Ass zits, bacne, you name it.

Realized I needed to fix this when I bloodied a shirt again just recently like I was a gross high schooler.

Clearly, basic ass neutrogena body wash and moisturizer after doesn't help. Should I be doing chemical peels or something?

Get a doc to prescribe you antibiotics. If it's really bad, no topical solution will work.

You may have fungal acne like me. Anyway a good routine I have for body acne is to wash with a salicylic acid wash one night and a tea tree body wash the next.

Give this stuff a try.
I get really bad spots on my scalp and this shit clears it up.
It's meant for your face and body originally anyway.

acne could be fixed with a diet. Try fasting on grapes for a couple days, see if you skin improves. Fresh squeezed grape juice is best but you can just eat them as well.

I dont want to get all preachy, but if your interested look into a book called "The Grape Cure". Read the amazon reviews

I used the Body Clear Body Wash and liked it but I found it was better to just apply an acid to my entire body just before showering. People that have reviewed Body Clear seem to agree that you need to leave it on the skin for a bit for the salicylic acid to do its work before washing it off. I've been using The Ordinary's Glycolic Acid since its not peeling or very harsh and is very cheap for the amount you get.

I’ve been using a 50/50 mix of Dr. Bronners and distilled water for face, body, and hair. Keep things simple, keep things safe.
