great progress, and I know you may be afraid of gaining some muscle and get "too big", but honestly, regardless of how easy you gain muscle it takes real, real, real time and effort for women (even unusally easy-muscle-building-women) to get "too swole" for a guy. Hips, butts, shoulders and curves are just sexy, brains are wired that way. And women retain more fat deposits which always soften the visual "impact" of muscles and muscle definition compared to men of similar mass.

So basically, dont be afraid to build some muscle, it will make every part of you look better, make YOU healthier, which is the most important thing, and give you the oppertunity to just do more. If you actually feel that you are getting too big (you wont be too big though ;P ) , just lay of the weights on that particular part of your body for a couple months and it will get less prominent in not too long.
