I love it when clueless people who have probably never wore a suit in their lives make post like yours.
A well fitting suit will have very slight tugging like that. Too much and it makes that x shape, but some slight tugging is encouraged. A 5k bespoke suit by Ciffonelli will have that tugging even.

You're right. It's a bit tight which runs the drape of the fabric making him look dumpy. The shoulders are also padded which cavill certainly does not need. Lapels are a little wide too.

shouldve gone for a lower armhole, especially if you have a thin and small 3 button lapel
also those pockets could be lower to make it more balanced, and the blazer being longer could help too
but yeah big guys need more work to be put on for a suit
