I have that exact pattern and I wear it anyways because it's sick. the shirt is arguably two sizes too large as well so it helps with the look.

It's always loud. Get a silk scarf or a jacket/coat with inner lining with Paisley.
If you are a woman you can wear trousers with that pattern as well.
Not a fan of Paisley desu, there are far superior batik patterns but all you get in the West is usually ugly stuff from Bali.
