La Luna by Bertolucci, i've watched it 6 or 7 times in the last year.

It's set in Rome in the 70s and you get the vibe of the city at the time.
Fashion-wise, there's a good mix of 1970s and classy italian fashion, white blazers, white shirts paired with high waisted pants.
It's like a 1970s italian heroin chic film.
