Should I get a rhinoplasty for a more defined and prettier nose?

My nose is even bulbier and yet I have a gf and get often told I'm handsome.
For men, noses aren't as important as for women to determine attractiveness (look at celebs with crooked noses like Adrian Brody or Adam Driver). The problem is not ur nose. Its your insecurity. Rhinoplasty won't help you become more popular. In the worst case it will destroy your facial harmony, and probably afterwards you'll just channel your issues differently.

You shouldn't be asking strangers on the internet if you should get a cosmetic surgery or not.

Do you hate your nose? Do you think that a different shape would better compliment your facial structure? What shape would it be? Or do you think that any other change would better suit you?

I had a rhinoplasty in the end of 2014. It was one of the best decisions of my life. But I had that objective in mind for years, I knew exactly the shape I wanted and my decision was not based on third party's opinions.

But yeah, if you are confused about what you are bothered about, consider changes that don't require medical intervention: get fit, take care of your skin, get a haircut and so on

If you want but REMEMBER ask for a shape that works with your face!! I see girls and friends get rhioplasties and end up looking uglier because it just doesnt fit their face, it's just like girls getting a huge ass but the thighs are thin, it's fucking weird. It was not solely the fact that it was big, it was because it didn't match my face. My face is delicate and feminine, my nose was too aggressive in a way that it didn't really fit me. From front view it had an ''excess'' of cartilage in the tip and from the side the bone was too high.

So I kept messing around on Photoshop to see where I wanted to go with this, I consulted a psychologist to see if I was not crazy, I spent a few years giving my family the chance to save money and trying to find a good plastic surgeon (protip: more expensive doesn't mean it's better).

I showed him what I wanted, I stressed that I didn't want to look like a plastic doll, I simply wanted a NATURAL result. He understood and he delivered it.

No one to this day can see that I had a surgery. Only if you really check below it, because it's where the incision scar is.

He basically broke my nose (it's either breaking or shaving the bone) and remove the excess cartilage from the tip. I looked like a swollen chinese person that got hit by a truck for two weeks but it was worth it.

I had an extremely fucked up deviated septum. The ones you see when you look it up online are nothing compared to my nose. The nasal tip collapsed and pointed in the opposite direction. One nostril hole was just about completely closed. Got a septo and rhino and went from a 6/10 to a 9/10
