Acting classes, with focus on general body language, should also cover these other things a little as well.

From my life I would guess focus on flexibility, acting and singing for vocals.
I took a year of chorus and started to get compliments on my voice, really made a difference when talking with people.

This will sound stupid as hell but I seriously need to know about clothes.

In just a couple months of lifting, newb gains have given me a decent amount of mass and changed the shape of my body dramatically. I'm 27, spent most of my life sitting on my ass. I was obese until 16 and have been in skinnyfat hell since then. I've never in my entire life had clothes that I liked before. Always just plain colored T-shirts, jeans and a crappy jacket when it's cold.

Should I wait a while to buy nice clothes? I never did because I always hated my body and my noodle arms. A year from now, will I need bigger sized shirts and pants, making it a waste of money to buy anything now? When I started working out, I couldn't even lift the bar and had to do a few months of bodyweight training just to get to that point. That's how noodly I was.

I dont think you should wait to buy nice clothes because expensive or cheap, you dont lose much. If the clothes are cheap then its not a big loss. If the clothes are expensive chances are theyll hold a bit of their value, and you can sell them for some return if you get too big for them. It takes time + trial and error to build your style anyway, so its good to do your experimenting in this intermediate period anyways.

Anons who know makeup: should I use both priming powder and a setting powder (mine is translucent)? Or am I okay with just a setting powder (is that what it's called? the one that goes on last to keep it all on)? I've only practiced once and it seemed to me the priming powder made the makeup go on roughly, it did keep the makeup on my face very well though. Haven't tried with setting powder but would prefer it if I only needed that. I haven't used either in the past and my makeup would come off on everything my face touched -- I am worried about wearing makeup + a mask

you need to get a high quality soap, i use pine tar
and some kind of firm bristle scalp brush
you gotta scrub off all the flakes. the flakes feed the bacteria that will cause more dandruff so you need to make sure and clean the fuck out of your scalp
