Fragrance mires from random women is a meme made up by youtubers to push frags. A girl telling someone they smell good is gonna lead to them being creeped on, so it's only gonna happen if they were interested anyway.

My mires generally come from coworkers or customers, my wife or her family - ie people who are already talking to you and know you're not going to assume they're hitting on you
