Recently I've been wanting to go back to my high school goth phase, but I'm an adult with a job and a boyfriend. Anyway, I really want to incorporate trad goth into my look without going all out. Any inspo/advice for pulling off an in between look without just looking like like an edgy office worker would be appreciated.

Dress mainly in black or monochrome. If you dont want to go all out, the best way is to use 1 or 2 accessories per outfit.

Do you have a dress code at your job?

Get an edgy haircut that still works as a fashion haircut.

Take the accessories you wore in highschool and upgrade them to the expensive version. At least that's what the goths I know who did well for themselves did.

It's just business casual.

It's mostly about face/hair. If you saw a guy wearing "normal clothes" but he had goth hair/makeup he would still look goth, but if you saw a normal guy with "goth" clothes he would just look like a normal guy with weird clothes
