No, but generally if you are attractive without glasses, you will still be attractive with glasses. Likewise, if you're ugly without glasses the glasses probably aren't going to fix that.
Glasses really don't determine your attractiveness unless you're right on the edge and they either help or throw off your facial balance. It also comes down to the taste of the person you're trying to impress and what kind of glasses you're actually wearing, ex. prescription vs cosmetic.

the only time i have worn my glasses out in public was when i had pink eye approx 10 years ago. i hated it so much! (not the pink eye. wearing the glasses)

suits some people but not all. face shape and actual eyesight can be make it or break it.

It depends on your face. I have an asymmetric nose. My face looks horrendous with glasses on because the glasses themselves are symmetric. The asymmetry is still recognizable without glasses but much less obvious.
