The shoes are BBS. Don't care enough to reverse search the image but the rest of the fit looks like it could be as well.
As for wearing it in summer, it depends on your climate, but a good way to do it is to go monochrome, have a voluminous and kinda slinky silhouette, and accessorize. Check out shui tsang (pic related) on tumblr for good inspo. Most of what I've got saved is f/w but I'll dump what s/s I have.
