wrists can only really grow a bit when you lift in general because the forearms get a bit wider and basically form the wrists in another direction, wrists can't grow tho because it's only skin, bone and tendon. Yeah, I got fairly /fit/ and got to the fabled 1/2/3/4 and was still a 6" noodle wristlet, the only time my wrists got bigger was when I was bulking and even then it was only a notch increase on my straps, the second I started cutting I was back to my original size.

Do exercises and stretches. And research a bit, there is something like the carpal tunnel syndrom for the elbow. Sometimes it all comes from the elbow, forgot the name, but it wasa specific one. There are also stretches for that. Do them daily, several times and change your sitting situation to a more ergonomic one, your mouse and get wrist support. I use a small, folded towel to rest my right hand on.

I have decent forearms but wrist is still slim. Exercises will not increase yout wrist. Its mostly tendons and bone. Maybe bigger forearms will make a big watch look less silly. i recently purchased a Joseph Bonnie tropic strap and want to show it to anyone else interested in something similar.

it is pliable and more breathable than the OEM waffle strap that i am used to.

it’s also far more slim in both thickness and length. my wrist is just about 7 inches and i am on the third to last hole on it. on a warm day i can easily see myself needing to set it to the second to or even last hole.

all in all i love it as a go to day to day rubber / water resistant strap. solid 4/5 strap. i’ll be switching / going back to a longer strap for actual swimming/water related stuff as my wrist expands during physical activities.

also fyi it has three keepers instead of one! i have no idea why they display it with only one on their product page.

wut? changing straps is easiest thing to learn and do. Dont get stuck paying money every time you want to change the look and the hassle when you can do it in seconds. Even the lousiest $1 AE tool is enough.

just put in an AE order for dirt cheap and get it like 1 month later. after the 1st few tries it becomes nothing to change a strap. Then you will amass a whole box of cheap straps and do the whole NATO meme.
