wrists can only really grow a bit when you lift in general because the forearms get a bit wider and basically form the wrists in another direction, wrists can't grow tho because it's only skin, bone and tendon. I guess you can get more veiny and a thick vein would give you another quarter inch or so.

Do exercises and stretches. And research a bit, there is something like the carpal tunnel syndrom for the elbow. Sometimes it all comes from the elbow, forgot the name, but it wasa specific one. There are also stretches for that. Do them daily, several times and change your sitting situation to a more ergonomic one, your mouse and get wrist support. A friend wants to get a nice watch but he gave me weird requirements
>Under 100€
>Quartz
>Black dial
>Silver case
>Simple kind of minimal
>Black leather strap, might convince him to buy a bracelet and get a leather strap
Until now it is easy to recommend him a basic Casio and send him on his way but the trouble comes with the last req
>Must have a cool named company make it
So he wants a fashion brand to make it, or anyways he just wants a nice sounding name on the dial, for light flexing. So Casio citizen etc go out the window. He is between a Armani chronograph shitter and a Le Dom mvmnt tier dropshipped shitter. What do. i recently purchased a Joseph Bonnie tropic strap and want to show it to anyone else interested in something similar.

it is pliable and more breathable than the OEM waffle strap that i am used to.

it’s also far more slim in both thickness and length. my wrist is just about 7 inches and i am on the third to last hole on it. on a warm day i can easily see myself needing to set it to the second to or even last hole.

all in all i love it as a go to day to day rubber / water resistant strap. solid 4/5 strap. i’ll be switching / going back to a longer strap for actual swimming/water related stuff as my wrist expands during physical activities.

also fyi it has three keepers instead of one! i have no idea why they display it with only one on their product page.

Get a King Seiko 5245/5246/5256. I still consider these to be the most undervalued vintage Seiko model from the pre-quartz era. My 'alligator' skin band came in for the Casio, to be honest I wanted something darker, it's a bit lighter than the images online.

What do you reckon? I need to take it to the shop to get it fitted

it will 100% darken over time, especially if you oil it.

>I need to take it to the shop to get it fitted
wut? changing straps is easiest thing to learn and do. Dont get stuck paying money every time you want to change the look and the hassle when you can do it in seconds. Even the lousiest $1 AE tool is enough.

Oh really? that's reassuring. It's just a £16 strap, but I should still oil it? You got any guides on how to do that and what I'll need? thanks

And no, didn't come with a tool, you could add one on to the order but they were charging a lot extra for it so I thought fuck it, it's only £3 to get it done down the road for now but I'll look into it

you can use ordinary hand lotion if you dont want to buy actual conditioner/mink oil
leather will 100% darken and get more supple with each oiling, which can be both a good and bad thing depending on what you want.
>they were charging a lot extra for it
just put in an AE order for dirt cheap and get it like 1 month later. after the 1st few tries it becomes nothing to change a strap. Then you will amass a whole box of cheap straps and do the whole NATO meme.

Always appreciative of honesty. You shouldn't be so down on budget shitters. If you enjoy a watch, it's not dreadful.

Ahh. it arrived. Looks very very good on the casio, despite the color. Wouldn't bother me.
Watch an instruction on youtube and do it yourself. You can do with a small knife. But use a cheap one, blade might get fucked. Don't cut yourself.

the 40mm luminors are genrally not liked by "paneristi" faggots and seen as a worse thing for the brand than 44mm replicas, honestly you would probably be better off with a PAM111 replica as it is NWBG
