Are Clarks still good quality or is there a better alternative I should consider?

Still wearing a pair I bought in 2007, but looking to get either another pair or an alternative.

I bought pairs in 2010 and 2016, four years ago isn't that recent but its the same quality as my older ones and both are still going strong. So unless something radical happened in the last 4 years they should be the same.

I used to go to the website's "Contact Us" section and email them with my address asking for a new pair; they used to send a free set once a year if I asked and it was written on their website but I don't see it anymore. There's a Clarks store at a mall near me so if I'm ever there I walk in and ask for a set, they pull out a huge box and its free as well.

I'm very sad about wallabees and I don't know where to get them now. The made in Vietnam ones suck major dick. Even the China ones were fine. I would recommend going for padmore&barnes, even tho their designs are slightly different,their quality is good
