Ok, so I'm not very /fa/ and need to buy new clothes and could realy use some suggestions.
However my bodytype isn't exactly normal, and no that doesn't mean fat, I'm 58 kg.
I'm short and have short but muscular legs, decent glutes but a narrow waist, narrow yet long upper body and long hair.

I especialy struggle a lot to find jeans that fit me properly, something like 27 length and 26 width with extra wide legs and a slightly higher rise would be something I'd like to buy but can't find it anywhere.
So I usualy buy 28x28, cut the off at the bootom, sew the seems, wear a belt and have them a little tight on my legs with folds under the belt on my waist.
With shorts I do have the issue that most are too skinny and long on my legs, but far too wide on my waist.

With shirts they usualy fit in length (medium) or width (small/extra small)

Definitely not trail running. It won't be very comfortable for that at all. But for everyday wear, go for it.

I recommend Hoka Tor for trail running and everyday way. That cushion is hard to beat comfort wise.
