acne is a permanent thing like how freckles and birthmarks are with you forever

Be extremely careful when treating acne as picking or popping can leave scars.

Freckles are not permanent though?

Fix your diet. No more dairy, processed food or wheat. Stop showering your face all the time, Drink water and stay out of the sun. You need to have a healthy gut to prevent acne, acne is a symptom of that your gut can't handle the food your eating. Koreans eat a ton of probiotics, that's why they have good skin.

Yes. Acne marks never truly fade, once you get them they'll always be visible in some way.

Sorry bro, if its any consolation mine went away fully (aside from some back spots once in a while) around 22/23. Sea water seemed to help the most.

Are you gentle with your skin and use very gentle, hydrating skincare? (No scrubbing, physical exfoliation, harsh cleansers, lack of moisturizer, lack of SPF, drying products, common irritants[essential oils, fragrance, lanolin, etc]) I had acne from 13-25 that was the biggest pain the the ass ever, it ruined my life and I tried almost everything possible except for accutane. Every topical prescription medicine, antibiotics, diet, lifestyle, skincare routine. It went away after about six months of being extremely gentle with my skin and I haven't had one single "serious" pimple since.

i do cleanser when in shower then moisturizer after

What cleanser and moisturizer do you use? I used to do a bunch of harsh things to my skin, if you are simply moisturizing and cleansing I don't see how that would cause a very serious problem if they are suitable products. (I would recommend drying your face only with tissue though)
