Probably shit like SEH Kelly or Tender. Around 600-1000 range. Really though, you can probably just look for overcoats and get something nice if you find an older Burberry or similar.
Another option would be to go to "menswear" retailers and look for overcoats on sale. Probably better to do this during late spring/early summer to try and scoop something up when more options are available and on sale but there's shit still available in sporadic sizing so that's an option.

Linen is not good for colder temperatures/winter, the wind chill will go right through the coat and hit you. Wool is much much better at keeping you warm, in fact it's the best natural fabric at doing so. Linen is used more in Summer shirts and clothes because it is so breezy and light.
