I’m 6’4” and have a long torso relative to my legs. I wear a tie 5 days a week but all men’s pants I find these days “sit below the waist”. This is fine if I don’t need to tuck my shirt in, but when I do, it only exacerbates my torso/leg ratio. Any recommendations for where I can find decent high rise dress slacks/chinos?

FUCK ALL THESE LOW WAISTED PANTS WHO THE FUCK STILL WEARS THEM LIKE THIS!?!?!?!?! THE WHOLE "THATS GAY" THING HAS GONE SO FAR THAT MEN ARE AFRAID TO WEAR PANTS THE WAY THEY WERE MEANT TO BE WORN. THERE IS ARE HIGH WAISTED PANTS FOR MEN. THERE ARE NO MID RISE. EVEN A NORMAL RISE IS LOW NOW. BUY PANTS THAT ARE 32" LONG AND THEYRE STILL TOO SHORT BECAUSE IM PULLING THE PANTS UP HIGHER THAN THEY WERE INTENDED TO. CANT FIND LONGER PANTS BECAUSE EVERYONE IS A FATTY NOW AND A PANT SIZE WERE THE INSEAM IS LONGER THAN THE WAIST NO LONGER EXISTS. DO YOU NEED 38X30 PANTS? NO PROBLEM SIR! DO YOU NEED 30X34 PANTS? BETTER GO AHEAD AND KYS BECAUSE YOU WONT FIND THEM. I HATE THE FAGGOTRY OF THIS WORLD SO MUCH. FUCK FATTIES. FUCK NORMIES. FUCK NORMIE FASHION. FUCK HIGH FASHION CONFORMING TO NORMIES. FUCK MODERN MEN FOR DRESSING LIKE HIGH SCHOOLERS UNTIL THEYRE 50.

Reminds me of when my father wanted to take me shopping but they didn't have anything that fit me at the boomer store ... Pants started at 33W

Im 6'5" and menswear saved me. No other clothes come in tall versions.
For high waisted you need to mostly look inte MTM programs like suitsupply though.

I recently got some wrangler texas pants though that are fine.

I'm thinking of getting a pair of these Stan Ray chinos. A size 30 has a 12" rise, and they're an affordable price

Huh so I guess I'm not the only one who knows about americanwear. I have an old pair of those exact pants and I highly recommend them. The fabric is a nice sturdy feeling twill . The fit is really nice, 12" rise sounds right and they are a little roomy without going into memey W I D E territory. They are straight leg with an 8 inch opening so I prefer to buy them a bit long and cuff them but that's a matter of personal taste.

I'm almost ready to give up shopping all together. I'm 6'6' and hardly ever do they have my shoe size (48), my trousers (30 / 38) or shirts. They are then either too short or too baggy. You guys always clamour you want to be tall and thinspo but it really is a curse when you don't fall within the accepted parameters.

find some vintage pants that fit (doesn't matter if you like the color/fabric or if there are holes or stains) and have a tailor copy them with fabric you like. you can also ask for them with some changes

How high are high waisted trousers supposed to sit? I have some pants that I need to get hemmed but I have to settle on a height for the waist and then get the legs hemmed from that point.
Is it the belly button?

>>15403456
You won't get jack shit for good high rise pants doing that. I would know, I've spent a long time hunting and amassing a collection.

I'd also reccomend Stan Ray's fatigue pants, they're pretty cool and come in several cuts, colors, and fabrics.
>>15403651
Yes they shit sit somewhere around the belly button, above your hip bones. Really though it's whatever you find the most comfortable.
