I am not looking down on digi watches,it just doesn't work with suit

G shocks are really good, they are nicely priced with the quality and purpose they bring, can't go wrong with it if you are on the field.

My favorite digital watch has to be the GLX 5600c, for not a particular reason other than having it for more than half a decade and its still going strong, I still haven't change the battery a single time

i think they're ok if you want to wear a watch while doing something like mountain biking or kayaking maybe working out.
a mechanical watch would not be a good choice for this type of activity
and personally, i'd probably go with aa G-Shock, but you might like something else

Bulova Computron Re-issue. Pretty neat for a digital shitter.
Three colors, black has a rubber strap instead of a bracelet.
Can be had for 300-400.

The originals from the 70s are a little more expensive but still only go for 500-600 of you'd prefer the vintage aspect.

MILITARY GRADE. High QUALITY. Maximum time PRECISION.

Its so hilarious to me that cheap 10$ digital watches keep much better time then extravagant overpriced solid gold rolexes.

I used to wear automatic watches but its annoying if you don't wear it for a couple days you constantly need to readjust the time

I had the illumintator version of the Casio F-91 for work, and 6 months later, it was 13 seconds fast. Even for a quartz watch, I hit the accuracy lotto on that one.

G-shock is a is a better value tho and great companion to a mechanical watch.

Lets not pretend the A168 is anything but disposable either. It's decent, but it's not meant to last decades...maybe one decade if you aren't rough with it. Just buy one of these cheapo knock-offs to get it out of your system.
