Its not that being /fit/ isn’t effay, it’s simply hard to come by clothes that fit a V shaped man well. Because most t shirts are not built to fit a muscular guy, they will be too tight around your shoulders and arms and too loose around your waist, which is a weird look. And a freakishly muscular guy is quite honestly off putting and imo gross compared to a lean ripped guy
