I'm not sure if I understand you correctly, are you full-on fasting, or intermittent fasting with a 1000 kcal OMAD? If youre doing a "real" fast for more than two weeks, you'll have to refeed pretty slowly because there's a small chance that you'll get refeeding syndrome if you directly go back to 1000 kcal. That's not an issue with intermittent fasting though.
Make sure you still get proper nutrition (B vitamins etc.), otherwise your skin and hair will suffer.

Also, spot reduction doesn't work, it just isn't possible to lose fat in a specific place. You'll just have to be patient - thighs and hips are stubborn places for a lot of women.
Biking will not make your thighs any bigger though, if that's what you're concerned about.

I may be your hardest case yet /fa/

I’m a 180 pound former anorexic turned daily binge eater. I’m trying to lose 40 pounds as fast as possible, ideally by fasting a month.

I can’t even diet “regularly” for two days straight and have attempted suicide by means of ingesting pills within the past three days as a result of my weight.

I am used to eating as soon as I wake up, then eating every time I get anxious until I full on binge at night.
The day is simply too long to make it all the way through without breaking and binge eating.

I have been to incredibly intensive care for this but it didn’t seem to help.
