Very strangely, I have around the same body fat but I feel hot at only 75 degrees Fahrenheit but I can do fine in below-freezing temperatures in just trousers and a shirt for extended periods of time. Even more strange is the fact that I live in Southern California, which rarely has temperatures below 40 degrees but always has temperatures above 70 all year

Either Linen or technical fabrics. REI and Patagonia both have "safari shirts" that are earth tones like sand and beige and olive but supercool tech fabrics to wick sweat and breathe. I've got one shirt that looks almost like workwear but it's as light as Uniqlo's airism fabric. Nylon fabric for pants or a cotton-nylon blend also work well.

That being said if you're wanting to stick to natural fabrics then go with linen, it can be surprisingly strong for outdoor activities.

Also get a widebrimmed hat to keep the sun off you, and some lightweight-leather boots like Kommandostore's waxi boots.
