I wanted to but my barber couldn't really do it (somehow), instead he wanted to "modernise'' it and so it kind of turned out to look a bit weird, next time I go there I'll tell him to just copy the pictures which I brought him and not to take anything from the top.

Nah, the cardigan had a pretty poor fit imo, I'll just get a new one. I've also thrown out that shirt but I still have the tie which I'll most certainly replace (it's a knit tie) although I don't think that a repp tie would look good with a cardigan, I'd say that they look best with navy blazers.

It's more to do with the way they are on your body. You have no muscle, no mass. Your body is like a straight line so your clothes just hang lifelessly off of you. Start doing some squats and get some mass up top. Also, the cuffs look really bad. They're way too high and big.
Basically you just need to lift and eat more. You need something on your frame and your clothes will look better.
