I have big hips and thighs. Its mostly muscle, and some fat. How can I get rid of it? I'm guessing intense cardio?

If body type, for the hips its impossible. Even more if its not fat.
As for thighs, stop training legs, run only.
Now fixing your silhouette means working out chest and shoulders to compensate for your child bearing hips. Plenty of men have wide hips but its less noticeable if your work out your upper body more

retard. I can give you some advice tho. Pretty much do what thinspo dudes do. Fast for 20/4 hours (4 hour eating window). Eat one meal a day. Drink a lot of water. you'll lose muscle but you'll also gain it back easy if you decide you want to, just lift. do low intensity extended cardio, if you do high intensity your body will be inclined to keep the muscle since you're using it more. If you walk your muscles aren't being used so much, also since you're not eating it's better for your energy levels. Nothing you can really do about your hips since that's more of a frame thing. Fit will probably make fun of you but you'll get better advice so you rly should just go there.

I have a Mike Tyson type body with a big ass thighs. Work on the shoulders and the back. Also baggy pants.

On a side note, we are supposedly the same height, me and Mike, but how come his head looks so big?

my weak point is the forearms. maybe because my wrists are injured, unable to do the rollign exercises. i do deadlifts, hammer curls, doesnt really help
