Can depression and anxiety cause hair loss? I've been depressed for the most part of the last year, and throuout that time my hair started shedding rapidly and in about 10 month I went from full set of healthy hair to very thin hair mostly in the MPB area, but if you look closely you can see that my hair is fucked all over the place (includin' the untouchable donor area). With that being said my hairline didn't receed and the problem stopped progressing as soon as I got out of depression. I still feel mildly depressed and anxious from time to time but I've learned to handle things on my own. But my hair didn't get any better or any worse since then. It just stopped where it's at.

When's it time to hop on fin? Not sure if I'm balding or getting a mature hairline. It's in its early stages so most people would tell me my hair looks normal/they don't see a difference but I can't even grow a fringe anymore despite my hairline seemingly not moving.

If you're ok with your hairline, start with fin and remain on fin

Use minoxidil if your hairline + overall hair intensity looks scarse

I used minox only and in two years, it all went away... the DHT leves were so high that the minox wasn't able to keep up with it anymore

eliminate the source from the root and use fin
