Anything that has a "stigma" attached to it just makes it more exciting hot and taboo for the participants involved. Look at gays or black/white (any gender combo) pairings. "we shouldnt be doing this, what will people thing, oh God this is so hot"

Ironically, stigmatizing Asian women and white men is just going to make the pairing more widespread, and make the groups cling to each other even closer.

Apart from hard power genocide-tier banning, the only way to really flatten out whatever you want to flatten out is by normalizing it and not giving a shit. If everyone accepts a white dude and an India woman fucking, nobody is going to feel compelled to flaunt their IR coupling by fucking in public or whatever, they won't fight against it. This will simultaneously discourage people from getting into IR relationships/marriages solely to make a statement (not the foundation of a lasting marriage), while subtlely selecting for IR couples where the participants genuinely love each other and are compatible in the long term.
