Sun protection and hydration is the holy grail of youth. Am 30 and regularly hear that people thought I'm 25, despite not wearing teenie cloths and a nice gravitas.

Relaxing your face and reminding yourself not to furrow your face helps to even further.

Yep.
I was 33 in February... still get ID'd for alcohol (18 in England).
It's in my family's genes though, my sister is 31 this year and still looks 16, my mum looks at least 10/15 years younger than her actual age.

Honestly, I don't mind it.
I don't care if I still get ID'd, I don't see anything wrong in looking youthful.
I'd probably look older if I grew a beard or some shit, but I don't want to look like everyone else and the only time I did grow one I didn't like it.

I'm 31, and have been told I look 23-24. It's a combination of luck of the draw in terms of genetics, not going out in the sun a lot, and good skincare.

It has benefits down the road - case in point, I've been simultaneously seeing a 35-ish divorcee and a 19 year old college student, and both seemingly think I'm age-appropriate.

If I don't shave, oldest I get is 24. Most people in the family look younger than they are so I probably get it from them. My mom is 68 and looks like she's in her late 40s. Also obviously don't smoke, drink and do get enought (at least 8h) undisturbed sleep, especiall from 10pm to 6am, that's where your circadian rhythm is tunned to produce HGH and all things beneficial to health and therefore a youthfull appearance. Reduce stress by any mean necessary, sport, meditation or simply loggig out fro the net. Nothing reduces telomeres as much as stress.

Pro Tip: The best sun protection is mechanical (glasses and hats), followed by mineral (non-nano). You should stay away from synthetic "invisible" sun protection as much as possible, as it's all hormornally active and will fuck you up. But despite the sun being responsile for 80% of all visible aging, actual sun intake is very important for men. A slight tan is both good for your hormones, mental health as well as for further sun protection. Staying porcelain white should only be a goal for women.

No, you don't get used to it. Sunscreen is the jew of youth. You simply need to cover up and shade your face mechanically. Sunscreen will fuck your skin and hormones up and you will end up with moer sensitive skin. Instead consume gelatin or peptides daily. It has been shown that it prevents UV damage.

Womens hat are nearly always wider brimmed and you should absolutely not try to use them. Further, men need more actual UV and are fine looking older, unlike women. No need to imitate porcelain skinned females.

Get yourself a simple hat which matches most of your cloths style wise (and get a red line in there to begin with fashion wise) and expand your collection whenever you see a nice model.

So you have a moderate jawline? In which case you should be fine with pretty much every hat. A Panama should be your first inoffensive choice to get a feeling for hat wear. As soon as the memedeminc is over, you can go out and try on the current summer collection to find a better fit.

And no. You don't wear hats inside. Never. As soon as you come inside a building tha hat goes into your hand and will be deposited on your desk or wardrobe.
