How old are you? Under 20? Good. More room for your body to make easy change.
Height? It does make a difference if you're 60% leg vs 30% in your range of flexibility. I'm roughly 5'7 and have a very short torso and long legs - toe touches are out of the question. I can put my legs behind my head though and have very loose hips

Yoga is the obvious answer. I started when I was 16 with absolutely no athletic ability and took actual classes before doing a follow along YouTube video or whatever. TAKE A CLASS WHEN QUARANTINE IS OVER. You need to know when you're doing things right.

Make sure you practice your breathing, it's so important for doing proper stretches and things like headstands. Learn to keep good balance too, that was the worst part for me.

TLDR: focus on improving your balance and breathing first, take yoga classes, move on to home workouts (but still go to yoga classes they're fun), etc etc

First of all, most Asians do not have particularly pale skin, only those in the far East, and even there it's not universal.
Second of all, bleach brown is extremely popular in East Asia, and black is seen as the boring colour. Make of that what you will.

If you already have naturally dark hair then going a shade or two darker will probably look fine. I do recommend opting for a brown-black instead of jet black/blue-black though, as the latter can easily look too unnatural and fake, and may make you look a bit sickly depending on your undertones.

Not sure your tastes, but maybe some retro wood paneled furnishings (like shelves, book cases, night stands) glasses with water plants, and a few plant aquariums/habitats if you have a window. What I mean by that is to keep a natural warm undertone.
Real "black" hair is really just very dark brown, and shows obvious brown tones when under natural light.
Some people opt to dye blueish tones beneath black to make it look darker and more "pure" black, but I don't personally recommend it unless you're okay with the colour being noticeably artificial.

If all you're doing is applying black over your brown, then none of this is really a concern.

I am an extreme hypochrondriac. I trick myself into thinking I am in pain when I am not. However, as of right now, I have pain in my shoulder, possibly due to bad bench form.

I used to have back pain without any real reason and some anon told me to work through it, and funny enough he was right. I don't have any back pain anymore now that I knew I had nothing to worry about. However, I am worried that my shoulder might be different and I'm not sure really how to know.
