I personally keep a mohawk as it was only the sides that receeded and not the crown. (The mohawk means I can comb it left/right or spike it) variety is the spice of life after all

Hi OP. I shaved my head 3 years ago, when I was 26. It was the best thing I ever did and I strongly recommend it. I was constantly noticing my thinning and was using powders and such to fill it in. It made me so self conscious all the time. I would look in the mirror and be so upset that I could see my skin through my brown hair. When I finally put the buzzer down the middle of my head it was such a weight off my shoulders. I shave smooth now twice a week. I had a girlfriend up until recently, and I have had many compliments on my look. I have a decent shaped head, but still I wouldn't worry about it too much. If you are pale then work on a tan and get in better shape. You will be so much happier. Good luck, op.

Is minoxidil and finasteride a meme? Half of what I read about them say they mostly just prevent further hairloss and can make dying hairs fuller, but not restore what's already gone. I've only been using minoxidil for 4 months and It's already a pain in the ass to have this liquid on my head all the time and I feel like my day revolves around it.
