This is the only real answer. I can guarantee you that your absolute best $15,000 perfect fit that goes with your $900 luxury barber's perfect cut to go on your sculpted frame will all look like absolute shit if you lack confidence while walking around. Sure, someone of equivalent stature who is equally a fainthearted faggot who has a hard time ordering food at restaurants will look worse than you, but the guy who is wearing a clean tanktop, but wearing it with the confidence of a greek god will easily match you blow for blow, and may whatever God help you if he's wearing a fit that looks even a modicum of quality to your own. Plenty of black people I've met wear their utterly insane coords as if it's completely natural, and plenty of white people I'm close friends with will wear their neatly arranged formalwear and look like gremlins forced into designer suits.
