What the fuck are you a midget? For me a knee length coat has to be 47". But to answer your question I was looking for the same thing and they only suitable coats I could find were vintage, so try to check thrift stores and Ebay. After all the hours I spent looking I finally got something I was satisfied with only for my tastes to change and now I'm wanting a balmacaan instead.
