lunarcore is great inspo and i'll tone it down a little and mix it up, especially palette-wise. like a lot of styles, they don't originate in a vacuum but rather draw from many inspirations and sources. if you're interested in the style beyond a superficial imitation of moodboards, it's useful to appreciate the historical and cultural context that spawned a lot of lunarcore associated elements. doing so help assemble a coherent outfit that avoids looking too paint-by-numbers, which full lunarcore can resemble. but you're seeing a lot of lunarcore influences creep into both high and street fashion so i'd wager that the underlying elements that made lunarcore an interesting, transient meme here actually have more staying power. never a better time to play around with it

I think the colours are nice and I only really like the SH 1 (third from the left), and the idea behind it being 100% recycled and post-consumer is a nice touch. Really though I'm hoping it will inspire other brands to do more with the idea and bring back the spaceman aesthetic.
Obviously recycling isn't going to negate all their other godawful business/environmental practices but oh well, baby steps.
