Facial hair gives my face much need structure, but is patchy and untidy, anyone else have this problem? Is there a way to neaten it up without getting rid of what's giving me cheekbones?

Your sedentary lifestyle has cause your testosterone to plummet so all of your fat is in your tits and hips.

Just work out, 5x5 compound movements and then add in anything you want to look good like abs, arms or shoulders, don't do a lot of exercises per workout. Start off light so you can handle it and add a small amount of weight every training session, good for mental and recovery as beginners will see progress no matter what.

Don't eat a ton unless you actually want to be big, thinspo morons don't realize that working out at a caloric deficit will make em get the body they want unless they really go for the twink look.

And consistence is key, a "bad", low energy workout that you do 5 times a week is better than killing yourself 2 times a week.

That’s why I come here. I like the honesty. My hair is actually pretty healthy though. I have no scalp issues and the products I use are pretty natural and free of harsh cleansers like sls/silicone. As for it being thin, that’s because a blow dryer was used. It’s naturally pretty thick and wavy, verging on unruly which is why i usually straighten it although never this straight.

I would look 1000 times better with short hair. I get that, but I just love having long hair. Always wanted long hair as a kid and my mum never let me. When i was old enough to decide what I wanted to do, I let it grow out and it’s been long ever since. Thanks though. Maybe I’ll post a pic when I have washed it and I have styled it myself. Would probably look a bit better/natural

Growing it since I'd like to know what its like to have long hair at least once in my life. Cheapo wet look gel was my only option today. I'm getting an insane amount of "dandruff". Any tips? I've tried no poo, washing every day, washing once a week, anti dandruff shampoo, mild shampoo. Nothing seems to rid me of flakes for more than a few hours.

/fa/ what do I do? I usually go long on the top with short sides.

I want to grow my sides out but there will be an awkward month or two where my hair will shoot out the sides, unless I can find some hard hold hair product that doesn't look like shit.

I was thinking out growing it out, my hair is naturally wavy and thick as fuck so I don't know how it'd turn out. I want to avoid a mullet and try for a matthew mcconaughey style but I'm worried with the thickness of my hair it'll just be really poofy.

I have wear a hat in the mornings to flatten my hair.

Freshly damp shower hair
Around 2-4 peas of product depending on length, thickness, etc
Heat it up very well, like you're trying to warm your hands
Superficially distribute it, then work it in gently
Use your fingers and make circles on your scalp
As it dries more, keep making small adjustments to how you want it to look. It keeps pretty well, I just reapply when I shower
