As long as you don't look like it's a costume and wear it with confidence, yeah. I rock a cowboy hat in the PNW and I get nothing but positivity about it. I think even now people are too afraid to step out of their clothing comfort zones, rock what you feel confident in.

I don't live in a yeehaw place, so my western boots (which are just standard leather, not caiman or anything) are a unique sight.

People will either really really like them, or think they're gay. Those are the only two opinions.

But definitely put your jeans over the shaft otherwise you look like a dingus. Wear them with confidence, not like a faggot but a Chad. And if I need to elaborate on that, there's no way you're a Chad.

Be absolutely certain you're getting the right size since boots do NOT fit like any other shoe.
Some uncommon leather would look dope. Caiman, alligator, ostrich, lizard, etc. Just make sure the color scheme isn't fucking retarded.

Most things are Chad apparel, because it isn't about the apparel, it's about the person wearing it. You carry yourself with big-dick energy, you'll pull off the western boot. I own that exact pair, but I live south of the mason dixon. Even then it's extremely uncommon. Sometimes I wear them with a suit. I get lots of compliments, but I got them because I'd always wanted a pair.

Also have a pair of charcoal colored Lucchese shark skin boots, and I'd recommend them over the snakeskin for general wear. They're more durable, go with more outfits, and require less upkeep. Imo your first pair should be something more subdued in either black or brown, but you do you. Ostrich or cow leather are always great choices, but there are plenty of exotics out there that might scratch your itch while drawing only a moderate amount of attention.

These are mine. I wear my pants over them, so you only see a little flash of color when I walk. Slightly bigger pants hide it entirely for a more conservative look. But if I cuff my pants they demand attention. Gets lots of compliments. OP boots are K but could do better IMO. In the end it’s all the confidence you rock them with
