Let me present an alternative. I doubt you will like it, but perhaps it will inspire your own ideas. Instead of getting jacked, maintain a light musculature. Get a scalp tattoo in some abstract pattern as suits your sense of aesthetics. Wear tinted glasses, paying close attention to how they frame your face. A beard of about the length you have in the picture should suit this, I think, but shaven would probably work too.

I've noticed that an earring seems to soften the bald look. If you decide to wear a hat, consider the flat cap. Casual vests seem to look pretty good on bald guys. (But really, you have options. You don't have to become the Rock.)
