Tattoos are anti-/fa/ by nature.

They are literally like a garment of clothing that you can NEVER remove/change without a laser or worse. Even hair is more easily variable. The bigger the tattoo, the worse, no matter the design, because then it's just a bigger, more convoluted garment that works with even less outfits. Tattoos are literally for people who don't give a fuck about fashion or looking fashionable, who probably just wear the same basic kind of normie outfit everywhere anyways. A tattoo limits you. Fashion is about changing with the times, about reach, and how dynamically you can work different styles for different environments. The tattoo is stagnancy, an anchor tied to a racing boat.

The idea of being fashionable is that you don't have just one look, it's:

You'd need to grey out the whole arm, aka a shitton of work. And it would be very hard to make it look homogenous throughout. You could try to emphasize the muscles with shading, but that only works until the body is the same, then it would look stupid if they thinned down or beefed up. But most importantly it would fade VERY fast, there is a reason why black stays the longest. Then again, removing wouldn't be as much of a hassle I guess.
