I got the Flexon Lewis 600s back in 2013 with no special coatings or anything, and got a second pair in 2014. Both are still going strong today. I just pay for new lenses once per year, have the fitting lady tighten them up and replace the nose pieces. Just get something that isn't loud or offensive, and you can use them for years.
