Going to Portland Oregon soon what been like a week or so, realize how rainy is and I don't want to have to bring a whole bunch of jackets. Do you guys recommend any any brands that make good reliable (a tad stylish perhaps maybe a techwear vibe) ponchos? I like the price to be around/under 100 but yeah, thanks in advance!

I've been looking for similarly styled military inspired ponchos as well. But they all seem to be Y-3 and £400 or McDonalds family value rain macs. At least on Grailed

Yeah most ponchos I've been seeing show up on the really cheap side and look flimsy from some nowhere brand, or over expensive almost situational one from overall hyped outdoorsman brands

Nobody in the pnw wears rain coats regularly. The rain is exaggerated and isn’t bad unless you’re walking directly in it for a long time. Bring one raincoat if you really want to but your normal outerwear should serve you fine

this desu, location matters though. I'm from eugene and I always felt like the raininess of oregon was greatly exaggerated, if you look at actual weather statistics cities like chicago and nyc get a lot more rain. seattle and the puget sound in general actually do deserve their reputation though, their rain situation is much worse than our's.
