I'm looking at his right arm and jacket sleeve relation and i can't understand if his arm is thin as girl arm is (not dissing, just wondering..) or jacket is oversized in width and sleeves also oversized in width and it makes sleeves "wide" or sombination of both?

I'm kinda ottermode like, and i think if i roll my sleeve like this it will be huggin my forearm snugly. His is just hanging freely.
