The jeans mostly, just blatantly exposing so much skin and shape is something that before this trend emerged was mostly something tasteless women did to try and be attractive, anyone as big as these guys would look a thousand times better and more confident if they wore less revealing clothes since their fitness would still be apparent but it wouldn’t seem like they need to show it off so aggressively. I also think the tight bottom loose top is counterintuitive since you can’t wear such tight pants and be comfortable where as a tight shirt can be fine (see body builder types in the 60s-90s). Personally I’m pretty /fit/ but not particularly big and dress sort of normcore with an occasional subtle milsurp element, my go to is jeans and a black T-shirt, can’t speak to how much S E X it gets me since I’ve been dating for a long time, but gf likes it.

The REAL answer, is they were athletic/just thin all their life so are already at a healthy bf% and started lifting around 14-16. This means that muscle growth shows easily and a decade+ has given good definition. Opposed to /fit/ gymcels, who prioritize strength, have listed for 3 years at most and fail cut after cut because they're otherwise sedentary. If someone on an internet fitness community is actually aesthetic, they own the platform, are autistic in their cuts, fraud, and/or are active outside of dedicated "training time".

The whole thing is played out and looks like fits a sheltered, naive, or young person would wear, maybe thinking he looked like someone from "instagram and nightclubs, malls and bars in big metropolitan cities in any country."
Pretty clear to me this was made by someone who doesn't actually inhabit those spaces, because if you ever saw them you would know that "malls and bars" and "nightclubs" in any "big metropolitan city" are social and cultural dead zones. Nobody even makes eye contact, let alone fucks. Maybe like tourist night clubs in mexico or las vegas people fuck. Certainly not new york, LA, or seattle. I don't know about instagram, it's mostly for kids and advertisers I think.
Plus a good portion of it is just obvious. Of course being tall, in shape with good hair, and fit is a good idea when trying to look good. I mean cmon.
