I own a large format scanner and plan, at some point, to finally cut up my back catalog of Free&Easy issues, which was my original goal when I first started
Don't cut up your mag, anon, I'll get to that issue of Popeye asap
The images from Amazon.co.jp's kindle viewer can be pulled off the site so I go page by page and download them all. It's a slow process, even though I've streamlined it the best I could (thumb buttons changed to control tab / control shift tab, middle click is double click, etc) and I have a short attention span

I'm a nurse. Got into fashion during the streetwear fad in 2007 and then got into Japanese mags in college. It was an expensive hobby, but in like 2014 the usd was really strong against the jpy so I was able to finally afford to get weekly deliveries of all the magazines I wanted.
Then a friend of mine told me about the 4chan fashion board, I posted a picture of my magazine collection and was promptly banned for posting off topic

Eventually I started buying two issues of mags I wanted to share, tore up one and kept the other, then found out about the kindle reader exploit. The mags really resonated with people
