Reddish hair is perfect with everything except some particular colors, and lighter hair just adds to the effect. All black? Striking flash of color. Greens and blues? Perfect offset. Autumnal browns? Your whole head is fucking autumnal too.

Only thing black hair really works better with is some reds, yellows, and purples, honestly. This isn't to say people with black hair can't pull off a wide range of color combos or be striking in its own way (most East Asians will be really powerful with jewel tone purples, like we will with jewel tone teals), just that red hair does interesting and striking things with it.

I've got hair like in your image except a couple notches darker and I get compliments on it all the time.

I recommend that you wear more earth tone clothing, such as brown, khaki, olive, off-white, and also tones like blue and grey would work. You could even wear black, but that is more flattering to people with somewhat less ruddy features. It's ultimately up to you, but my hair is kind of similar, just not as ruddy/ginger looking, and a little darker.
