I think a sweatshirt or sweater always looks better layered than a hoodie. I'm kinda over layering jackets over hoodies it all looks way too 2013 streetwear. But in order of passable to worst

That would be great for daytime in the mall or drving the kids to soccer but not for work unless you work from home.
We don't want to see your ankles at work.
Also that jacket seems warm but not water proof.
I live where it rains and that outfit would be muddy quick
