Kind of reminds me of the types of stuff I'd see in Britain since its always overcast there, albeit more on the practical side with rainwear and less edge. I suppose the academia comes from trad/ivy inspirations, but since this lacks the history of trad/ivy it doesn't seem like a particularly apt moniker to me.
