I don't do it, but I think it's neat. Men should seek to demystify feminine things in the same way masculine things have been demystified by women. It's fun, and it just highlights that we call certain cultural things like fashion masculine or feminine for no real reason. Pink used to be considered a masculine colour because it was so 'strong' before marketing campaigns changed our view of it. Anything culturally accepted as being for one gender or the other can be changed as long as we decide to stop giving needless power to that idea.

Basically, do what the fuck you want and own it. you'll only get wierd looks if you're acting like people should give you wierd looks.

looks like kind of shitty polish, but i think it looks good, anon. i paint my nails regularly. sally hansen hard as nails is great, two coats of that and then a nice topcoat (i like gel style topcoats because they’re really shiny but they take a long time to dry). girls like it. boomers don’t. do what you want.

should also mention, doesn’t look like you pushed your cuticles back when you painted them. use cuticle oil if you want, i always just use coconut oil or vaseline to massage into my cuticles before pushing them back, then wash my hands so that there’s no added or natural oil on my nails before painting.
