Your local hat shop (warm advice, the vendor will be able to find the right hat with the right brim size and colour for you; and also offer to fix the width or let you change it for another size). It will cost you between 80 and 300$ depending on the fabric. Beaver fur will be closely to 300, rabbit between 150 and 200. There are no definitive arguments for or against cloth/leather straps on the inside.
